2026 CIF Boys & Girls Wrestling Championship Hotel Room Block Information

Championship Tournament Dates are Thursday – Saturday, February 26-28 

 

2026 State Championship Hotel Reservations: On Tuesday September 9, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. all hotel rooms at the Bakersfield Marriott held for the 2026 CIF State Wrestling Championships will be made available to the public. At that time, please call Michelle Sanchez or Sara Walker at Marriott Reservations at (661) 565-9320 to reserve your room. Room reservation policies are the following:  

  • There is a three (3) night minimum stay for all reservations at the group rate of $189/$199, plus occupancy tax. Any request for an early departure will result in a non-refundable fee of one night’s room and tax. 

  • For rooms with 2 Queen Beds, arrival date must start on Wednesday for a minimum of 3 nights. 

  • There is a maximum of ten (10) rooms an individual can reserve at the group rate. 

  • All individual room reservations will be charged a non-refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax per room to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. 

  • In the event the credit card used to guarantee the reservation is declined for the deposit, the reservation will be cancelled. 

  • All reservations not held with a minimum guarantee of one night’s room and tax per room, will be cancelled. 

  • A guaranteed reservation must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid full payment penalty. The first night deposit is non-refundable.  Room reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be subject to a minimum fee of one night’s room and tax charged to the method of guarantee for the reservation. 

  • A valid credit card will be required at check-in to cover the daily incidentals deposit of $50 per room per night. 

  • All group block registered guests/chaperones/parents/guardians will be required to sign our House Registration Agreement at check-in with the Hotel. 

  • The Hotel may charge attendees, as liquidated damages and not a penalty, one night room and tax fee as compensation for the harm caused to the Hotel by unscheduled early departures (an “Early Departure Fee”). An Early Departure Fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of the Hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel by 12:00 midnight the day after check-in of the change in scheduled departure.  

  • Attendees shall not be permitted to resell or otherwise transfer to persons not associated with CIF, reservations for guestrooms.
